The Storm Lake Elementary School Way is a behavioral system put in place to set expectations for all staff and students at Storm Lake Elementary School. Students will be taught how to Be Ready, Be Safe, and Be Kind not only inside the school but also as community members. The SLES Way team will be promoting exciting events through out the school year that students can participate in for FREE as a reward for their positive behavior. As SLES continues to grow, we hope our students can become character leaders in their classes through this behavioral system.
